Lakadong Turmeric Powder

Single-origin Lakadong turmeric from one valley in the East Khasi Hills of Meghalaya. Grown, dried and milled in the hills where it belongs, and traceable to that one place.

Nine months in the ground. Sliced by hand, left to the Khasi sun, and milled in small lots so the colour the sun drew out comes back whole. No machinery rushes it.

Just turmeric. No blending with lesser roots from elsewhere, no added colour, no fillers, nothing to bulk it out. What the hills give, and nothing more.
