Ingredients:

Lakadong Turmeric: 3gm (1 tsp) to 6gm (2 tsp)

Black Pepper: 0.3gm just a small pinch

Ghee / Coconut Oil: 5gm (1 tsp)

Milk: 200 ml (1 cup)
How to Prepare:

Heat water and Lakadong Turmeric on low flame and stir gently for 3–5 minutes to avoid lumps

Turn off the heat, then add black pepper + ghee/oil
-
Stir well until it becomes a smooth
Minimum dosage (3 gm-1 tsp) is ideal for general wellness.
Higher dosage (6 gm 2 tsp) is recommended for deeper, intensive support.
